Duplication v Replication


DVD Replication or DVD Duplication the choice is yours. But whats the difference?

DVD Replication is a digital process making copies from a digital master, polycarbonate is injection molded with your data embedded in the plastic.

DVD Duplication is generally low volume production runs made from an original master copy, where a laser burns an image into a photo sensitive dye on a DVD-r

What type of copies?


DVD Replication is more economic for large orders with copies in excess of 1,000 produced.

DVD Duplication is generally used for small numbers of copies or regular short runs up to 500 units.

We are capable of suppling up to 10m copies per week and distributing directly to your end customer plain label if required

Discus Group have a no quibble guarantee to replace any copy found not to be of broadcast quality.

All copies replicated use on virgin polycarbonate and nickel and exceed Philips standards.
